Obfuscation·Alienation·Dissolution: Structural Dilemmas of Subjective Existence in the Digital Age and Pathways to Resolution

  • The digital age is a new form of social development dominated by the logic of digital capital, reflecting the extensive penetration of digital capital logic in various fields of social life. Through the commodification of data elements, digital capital has surpassed the material form of traditional industrial capital, and its proliferation mode has broken through geographical and physical limitations, profoundly changing the way subjects exist in social production, life, and communication. The change in the way subjects exist in the digital age is rooted in the comprehensive domination of society by digital capital logic, as well as the shaping of human existence through digital technology as a medium. The popularization of digital rationality further weakens human subjectivity. Therefore, in order to eliminate the alienation of human existence in the digital age, it is necessary to effectively guide the development of digital capital logic, build a digital community with a shared future.leverage the positive role of digital technology, and then replace digital capital logic with people's logic, restore human subjectivity, and ultimately achieve human freedom and comprehensive development.
