Based on Cloud Model of Pumped Storage Power Plant Technical Personnel Evaluation of the Degree of Technological Progress

  • With the new power system construction gradually in-depth, new energy planning and development, the flexibility of the power supply, energy storage construction and grid regulation put forward higher requirements, and pumped storage power plant has obvious advantages of flexible energy storage, power regulation, its high-quality development of the new power system construction of important strategic significance. The realization of the goal of sustainable and stable development of pumped storage power plants requires continuous technical talent support. Therefore, how to measure the degree of technical progress of technical personnel and enhance the technical contribution of technical personnel is the key to promote the scientific and orderly high-quality development of pumped storage power plants. In this paper, on the basis of the analysis of pumped storage power station technical talent related research, based on the organization's needs, the integration of "knowledge, ability and performance" all-round construction of technical talent technical progress evaluation index system; in order to effectively reduce the subjective and objective empowerment of one-sidedness, the comprehensive use of the G1-CRITIC method and the idea of game theory, put forward the subjective and objective evaluation index of progress. In order to effectively reduce the one-sidedness in the subjective and objective weights, the subjective and objective weights and the optimal comprehensive weights of the progress evaluation indexes are proposed by using the G1-CRITIC method and the idea of game theory; the cloud evaluation model is utilized to evaluate and analyze the index system, and it is verified that this evaluation index system can better measure the degree of technical progress of the technological talents, and the weights of the indexes are reasonably distributed.
