Abstract
Generative artificial intelligence, as the latest product of the iterative evolution of intelligent technology, has brought new opportunities for ideological and political theory courses with its ability to generate text and analyze data. Scholars have focused on the multidimensional aspects of teaching, learning, evaluation, and research to study the expected state of generative artificial intelligence in promoting the quality improvement of ideological and political theory courses. However, in reality, there are still practical problems such as the decline of the main body generated by intelligent expansion and the loss of value brought by panoramic immersion in the process of improvement. We need to explore its future development path by improving the intelligence literacy of educators, promoting agile governance, innovating the integration path of evaluation, and deeply expanding semantic understanding.
