Research on Labor Education in the New Era from the Perspective of Human Modernization

  • For the Communist Party of China to move quickly and sustainably along the path of Chinese-style modernization, it is essential to achieve the modernization of human beings, which is the essence of modernization. The Communist Party of China has inherited Marx's theory of the free and comprehensive development of human beings and the doctrine that labor is the essence of humanity. Since its inception, the Party has always regarded labor education as an important means to achieve human modernization. High-quality labor education can provide a sustained driving force for the realization of human modernization, while human modernization can guide the direction of labor education in the new era. The two are complementary. To further promote human modernization through labor education in the new era, it is necessary to base efforts on practical realities to enhance the labor concepts of workers, innovate labor education practices, and optimize the labor education ecosystem, thereby promoting the convergent development of human modernization and Chinese-style modernization.
