Legal Path Research on Coordinated Control of Greenhouse Gases and Air Pollutants in China

From the current practice of the coordinated control of greenhouse gases and air pollutants in China, it is necessary to achieve the coordinated control of them through legal measures. Although there are a series of active explorations on the legalization of the coordinated control and some valuable results, the legal system of the coordinated control is not perfect and the legal system is insufficiently supplied and contradictions exist. There is still some ambiguity in the direction of the rule of law for the coordinated control, and the legal implementation of the coordinated control is insufficient. Therefore, the improvement of the rule of law for the coordinated control of greenhouse gases and air pollutants in China should improve the legal system for the coordinated control, clarify the direction of the rule of law for the coordinated control, and strengthen the implementation of the rule of law for the coordinated control.
