Abstract
Common prosperity refers to the mutual help of members of society, sharing social achievements, and meeting the spiritual and material needs of members of society. In other words, as one of the members of society, the company has certain responsibilities to the members of society within its capabilities, and this responsibility is corporate social responsibility. Platform companies, which have certain public functions, should pursue public interests, serve members of society, and fulfill social responsibilities. Although Article 20 of the New Company Law clarifies the connotation of corporate social responsibility, it still does not provide corresponding supervision measures. The inability to change corporate social responsibility is only a declaratory clause. Accordingly, this paper constructs a supervision mechanism for corporate social responsibility to promote platform companies to fulfill their social responsibilities, so as to achieve the goal of common prosperity.
