Research on China’s photovoltaic power generation policy under the background of “double carbon”

General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the “double carbon” goal of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutrality”, and the development of new energy is of promoting significance to promote the realization of the “double carbon” goal. Photovoltaic power generation is an important part of the new energy system, and the national energy regulatory authorities have issued relevant policies to actively promote the application of photovoltaic power generation. The photovoltaic power generation policy issues are divided into macro, mesa and micro levels, and the “energy impossible triangle” model is used to comprehensively discuss the relevant policies of photovoltaic power generation under the new energy system. According to the possibility of compatibility between economy, ecology and safety in the “energy impossible triangle”, the principle of comprehensive adjustment, forward-looking principle, respect for objective laws and coordination principles are condensed, and the policy improvement proposals at the macro, mesa and micro levels are put forward, which effectively supports the construction of a clean, low-carbon, safe and efficient energy system, and provides a reference for the development of photovoltaic power generation, the high-quality development of photovoltaic power generation, the high-quality development of new energy, and the realization of the “double carbon” goal.
