In China, there are a large number of university students receiving funding, and the amount of funding has increased rapidly; the conditions for student loans have been relaxed, and the amount of loans has taken up a large proportion; the funding forms have shown a diversified trend. The real core of achieving education poverty alleviation lies in fundamentally stimulating and enhancing students' hematopoietic ability, and exerting the potential and value of Funding and Education. In fact, the practice of funding and education is faced with a series of complex and diverse dilemmas. "Funding" and "education" are inverted, focusing on tool rationality and neglecting value rationality; focusing on material funding and neglecting spiritual funding; focusing on funding results and neglecting education. Poverty alleviation" has not yet reached a good resonance with "supporting the wisdom" and "supporting the will".
