Research on Evaluation of Training effect of Young talents in Chinese colleges and universities under new quality productive forces

Talent is the creator and user of new quality productivity in colleges and universities, and is the most active and decisive active subject in the generation of new quality productivity. Considering 15 indicators from the three dimensions of training foundation, science and education quality, and assessment system, this paper designed A combination empowerment model combining AHP-entropy weight method with the evaluation index system of the training effectiveness of young talents in colleges and universities, and selected A university for empirical analysis. The results showed that, The first-level index assessment system has a positive impact on the evaluation of the training effect of young talents in colleges and universities, and provides strong talent support and intellectual support for the development of new quality productivity.
