Discussion on the Influencing Factors of Urban Residents' Electronic Waste Resource Utilization BehaviorBased on TPB-NAM-SET integration model

From the perspective of urban residents, this study integrates the theory of planned behavior, norm activation model and social exchange theory to build a model of influencing factors of urban residents' e-waste resource utilization behavior. Structural equation model and other research methods are used for analysis.The results show that residents' resource utilization intention is influenced by resource utilization attitude, perceived behavior control, personal norms, social pressure and perceived loss, and the influence decreases from large to small. Partial variables of the integrated model are influenced by gender, age and education level. In view of these, the following suggestions are put forward: carry out publicity and education on resource utilization, establish a sound network system for resource utilization, and standardize the market order for resource utilization.
