Research on the Application of Law of "Ecological Justice+Forestry Carbon Sequestration"

Ecological justice is not only the manifestation of the "greenness" of judicial mechanism, but also the embodiment of the concept of ecological community with a shared future. "Ecological justice + Forestry carbon sequestration" is a new way of ecological environment restoration explored in the judicial practice of our country, which is both theoretical and practical. On the basis of studying the concept and connotation of "Ecological justice + Forestry carbon sequestration", this paper analyzes the typical cases issued by the Supreme People's Court and summarizes the characterization of the new development. This paper analyzes and clarifies the dilemma of the application of "Ecological justice + Forestry carbon sequestration" as a way to repair eco-environmental damag and puts forward that it is necessary to improve the relevant laws and regulations of forestry carbon sequestration, the guarantee system of real right of forestry carbon sequestration and the alternative performance system in order to realize the “green” mission of ecological justice.
