Abstract
The first decade of the new century transformed the anxieties of the end of the century into self-avoidance and demystification, and the authoritative discourse once confidently constructed by different discourse subjects was shelved and no longer trusted. It was not until 2011 that Yan Lianke pried up the long-standing traditional perception of realism with the subversive concept of "divine realism". Then, in the post-theoretical context, the semiotic vision, the scientistic vision, the stylistic-philosophical vision, and the new cognitive model brought by the new media tried to rebuild the validity of realist theoretical criticism from different perspectives of textual practices and theoretical interpretations. Based on the theoretical context of the new century, this paper focuses on the discussion of realism in the new century, combines the relevant realist textual practices, sorts out the new changes in the discourse of realist theory in the new century, and explores the stylistic path and the internal turning point of realist theory.
