Abstract
Implementing digital market regulation is a key link in the prosperity of the digital economy and digitalization of China. The digital market, which presents many new features, has brought new challenges to economic and social regulation, and also put forward new regulatory requirements such as cost symmetry, responsive innovation, and quick response. To realize digital market regulation, firstly, we should change the traditional idea of government monopoly regulation, establish a new idea of public-private cooperation regulation, and promote the formation of synergies. Secondly, we should clarify the specific administrative agencies that exercise regulatory powers, and introduce platform as a new supervisory body, to realize "one plus one is greater than two". Furthermore, it is necessary to complete the proper allocation of regulatory powers among different subjects under the guidance of the principles of appropriate functions, auxiliary supplements, necessary reservations and state guarantees.
