Preliminary Study on the Philosophical and Economic Basis of Ecological Rule of Law

The global ecological environment crisis poses challenges to the governance thinking, system establishment and regulatory effects of traditional environmental regulations. Improving the construction of ecological rule of law is the basic guarantee for the construction of ecological civilization in our country, but there are few existing theoretical studies. Based on the philosophical economics basic theory of ecological rule of law construction, this article analyzes the establishment of ecological environment system due to the “market failure” and “government failure” of environmental problems. To establish a scientific and reasonable ecological civilization legal system, it is essential to comprehensively consider philosophy and economics foundation and value goal orientation, realize the effective supply of the ecological environment system and guide the construction of the rule of law to serve the ecological civilization.
