Practice of Immune Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities

  • With the continuous development of Internet and communication technology, the dissemination of ideas through the Internet has become an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. It is a new space for network college students to obtain information. Government, pure technology and platform can't really stop the spread of information viruses. However, immune ideological and political education systematically places college students in a weak virus environment, and comprehensively understands the ideological trends of college students in the network based on the theoretical level of information acceptance, educational level and network information browsing data of educational objects. Making full use of the “immune” effect of medicine, in the process of ideological and political education, educators can appropriately introduce inactivated information virus into teaching so as to enhance the immunity of college students to information virus. The implementation of immune ideological and political education is an attempt to improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education in order to cope with the impact of information viruses on mainstream ideas and values. After all, the “immune” ideological and political education is to actively introduce the “ideological virus” into the ideological and political education curriculum. When educators introduce the “vaccine”, they need to consider and pay attention to the dose control, students’ acceptance, educators’ criticism and guidance, etc. in order to avoid the insufficient effectiveness of the immune ideological and political education.
