Research on the Teaching Specialization of Postgraduate Support Education Corps Volunteers

  • Education and teaching are the basic content of the postgraduate support group service, and the construction of volunteer teaching specialization has an essential impact on the healthy development of the graduate school support group project. This paper expounds the necessity of the specialization of teaching for the volunteers of the postgraduate teaching group, compares and analyzes the problems and their causes in the process of the teaching specialization of the graduate teaching group from the perspective of the actual state and the supposed state. Then, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the four dimensions of perfecting the system arrangement, clarifying the responsibility of the subject, enhancing the degree of attention and perfecting the mechanism of assessment and reward and punishment.
