Abstract
The integrated development of culture and tourism is one of the strategic plans for rural revitalization in China’s 14th five-year Plan period. With the upgrading of consumption structure, the continuous prosperity of tourism economy and the orderly promotion of Rural Revitalization Strategy, rural tourism plays an increasingly irreplaceable role in rural development. To implement rural revitalization through cultural and tourism integration, it is necessary to take top-level design as the premise, factor development as the focus, project operation as the key, market promotion as the auxiliary, and use Internet “we media” for market promotion. In order to ensure the smooth development of cultural and tourism integration, the implementation guarantee system should be established in four aspects: strengthening organizational leadership, optimizing external environment, expanding financing channels and promoting talent revitalization. In addition, it is necessary to find the connection between cultural tourism integration and rural revitalization strategy, so as to enhance the ultimate effect of Rural Revitalization Strategy.
