Optimal Allocation of Scientific and Technological Human Resources in Power Grid Enterprises Based on Grey Model

  • Scientific and technological human resources are the foundation and support of various scientific and technological innovation activities, and an important strategic resource of an enterprise or even a country. Rational use of them can greatly enhance innovation capabilities. Based on this, the current situation of scientific and technological human resources in power grid enterprises is analyzed, and the gray model is used to optimize the allocation of scientific and technological human resources in power grid enterprises. The error and accuracy of the actual data and the simulated data are tested through the analysis of an example, the accuracy of the model is verified, and the scale of the scientific and technological human resources allocation in a power grid enterprise in the next five years is further predicted, which provides a reference for the technological innovation and development of power grid enterprises.
