Research on the Ideological and Behavioral Characteristics of "Post-00s" College Students and Educational Countermeasures

  • “Post-00s”College students have distinctive characteristics of the times. Their thoughts, feelings, concepts, thinking, psychology, behaviors and so on are very different from those in the past. Their ideological and political education work should also be guided according to the situation and changed with time, which bring new opportunities and challenges to the ideological and political education work of colleges and universities in the new era. At the same time, It also injects fresh energy into the research of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. Based on the investigation and analysis of ideological characteristics and behavior rules of more than 2100 "post-00s" college students, this paper puts forward the guiding strategies of ideological and political education for them as follows: to expand and optimize, to improve the ideological and political work methods based on the individual needs of students; to integrate knowledge and practice, to improve the ideological and political work ways based on practice; to innovate and develop, to enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political work based on the platform of "curriculum ideological and political"; to resonate between the virtual and the real, to open up a new territory of ideological and political work based on network education; to promote the development of Ideological and political work; to keep pace with the times, to take the education demand as the foothold, and to improve the quality of ideological and political workers.
