Analysis on the Effect of Green Transportation Transformation in Beijing

  • Beijing's transportation consumes a lot of energy, which affects the health and environment. Under the superposition and promotion of multiple objectives, such as ecological environment protection, energy conservation and resource intensive utilization, green transportation development has been receiving more and more attention. This paper uses entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method to analyze and evaluate the effect of green transportation transformation in Beijing from 2009 to 2019. The results show that in the past 11 years, the green transportation development in Beijing has achieved initial results; the green transportation correlation degree from 2016 to 2019 has reached 0.915, which indicates that the green transportation transformation has entered a mature stage. This paper predicts that the problems of traffic congestion and road noise caused by population growth will become the focus of green traffic transformation in the next stage.
