Universities' Internal Governance: Focusing on Students' Participation Right and Promoting Modernization of Governance

Students are the basis of university existence, therefore the proposal of students’ Participation Right in Universities’ Internal Governance is to meet the realistic needs of social democratic development and promote university democratic management. There is no doubt that the students’ Participation Right has developed in a tortuous process. It is the important content of Universities’ Internal Governance reform to manifest students’ Participation Right at the moment. Since the focus of Universities’ Internal Governance is on the realization of legal rights and power allocation among stakeholders, the students’ Participation Right is an Ideal Right to restrict other powers, paying attention to students’ Participation Right and realizing it in the new situation is an important aspect to promote the Universities Governance System and Modernization of governance capacity accordingly.
