The priority of renewable power grid connection is not only the embodiment of substantive justice, but also an effective balance of various conflicts of interest. The priority on renewable energy power grid connection, including the priority on power generation share, electricity sale, grid connection and dispatching, should be a real right of renewable energy power generation enterprises. The priority of renewable energy power grid connection has both public law and private law attributes, accordingly, renewable energy power generation enterprises shall enjoy the right of request in administrative law and the right of contracting request in contract law.
