The Ethical Implication and Enlightenment of Marx's Public Service Concept

  • Marx's public service concept takes meeting the common needs of the society as the value goal, which embodies the state responsibility of realizing the common needs of the society and takes the equalization of public service as the value principle. It expresses the ethical demands of social fairness and justice, takes the realization of public interest as the value basis, and shows the ethical dimension of public interest sharing. This concept takes promoting the free and all-round development of human beings as the value goal. Finally, it defines the ethical direction of the development of public service. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to deeply explore and comprehensively grasp the ethical meaning of Marx's public service concept, so as to promote the construction of public service system in China and gather the consensus of social public service ethics.
