Governance in Contemprary China: Innovation on the Concept of Marxist National Governance

On the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC, the session reviewed and adopted the CPC Central Committee's decision on some major issues concerning how to uphold and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and advance the modernization of China's system and capacity for governance. This important document illustrates the logic relationship between ''System'' and "Governance". There are obviously differences for western context and Chinese culture which is based on the view of Marxism. In the modernization of national governance nowadays, Urban management is the vital area of focus, which provides the space and speed for socialist growth. Urban communities composed the units in cities, therefore, community governance is the focus and trend of future research.
