An Analysis of The Path of Rural Revitalization Under The Background of ''Hollow Village''and''Aging''Taking N Village of Shandong Province As An Example

  • "Hollow village" is the problem of rural population loss in the process of urbanization and industrialization in China, “aging” is an unavoidable phenomenon in this process of evolution. Facing the current situation of rural hollowing and aging, there are two different mainstream views in academic circles, the theory of Rural decline represented by "The End of Villages" and the theory of Stage normality represented by "Modern Transformation". Through the "Siphon effect" of urban resources, the "Matthew effect" of the difference between urban and rural areas, the "Aggregation effect" of withdrawal and relocation and the ''Halo effect" of urban halo, this paper analyzes the motivation of "how to generate the problem". Starting from the endogenous motive force of "Man", this paper puts forward to strengthening the cooperation between rural areas and universities cultivating the rural locals, creating leaders in science and technology, developing the pillar industries and attracting young people, building green agriculture and gathering rich people, promoting institutional innovation to appointing capable people and answering the governance path of "how to realize the rural revitalization" in five aspects.
