The Role Orientation and Education Optimization of Head Teachers in Colleges and Universities on the Basis of the Concept of “Three-in-one Education”

  • In the new period, under the background of carrying out the concept of “Three-in-one Education” in colleges and universities, it has become essential to fulfill the basic task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation in colleges and universities by innovating the mode of teacher education, exploring the implementation of the teacher education system, fully tapping and utilizing the resources and potential of head teacher education. The head teachers should be the participants of the all-round education, the companion of the whole process of students' growth and development and the builder of the all-round education system. In order to adapt to the new requirements of talent training and solve some problems existing in the work of head teachers, we can optimize the work by strengthening curriculum education, coordinating the first and second courses education, digging and integrating resources of master teachers, driving and leading young teachers, strengthening training, and improving relevant systems and etc.
