On the Connotative Development of Part-time Postgraduate Education

  • Overall full-time and part-time graduate management is the inevitable requirement of connotation development, the development of part-time postgraduate conforms to the trend of the times and reflects the pluralistic society demand. After overall management, there are some problems in part-time postgraduate education, such as the disconnection between educational ideas and training methods, uneven distribution of educational resources and lagging employment management, which restrict the leap-forward development of postgraduate education. The part-time graduate management should take the same quality as the criterion, innovate recruitment mechanism, implement the principle of individualized teaching, and improve the training management system and improve the employment management mechanism.
