Deconstruction, Conflict and Governance of Photovoltaic Precision Poverty Alleviation from the Perspective of Order Dimension

Photovoltaic precision poverty alleviation, as an important way of industrial poverty alleviation in precision poverty alleviation, has been vigorously supported by the state and won widespread concern of the society. From the perspective of order theory, there are national order, administrative order, market order, primitive order and professional order in photovoltaic precision poverty alleviation. The current photovoltaic precision poverty alleviation is deconstructed and analyzed from various order dimensions. It is found that there are conflicts within the administrative order dimension, conflicts between the administrative order dimension and the primitive order dimension, conflicts between the administrative order dimension and the market order dimension, and the conflict within the professional order dimension, etc. In order to find common ground of precise poverty alleviation development of photovoltaic in various order conflicts, a scientific way of governance can be formed with the help of each order.
