Modernization of Community Governance by Marxist Humanism

Tracing back to Marxist humanism, its basic connotation embodies subjectivity, necessity, practicality and development. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China proposed to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity. Community governance is the "last mile" of national governance. Community is a bridge between the government and the people, which has the nature of "people's autonomy" and "government dispatch". The modernization of community governance must adhere to the leading role of Marxist humanism. We should coordinate the role orientation of the community, improve the service level of the community, enhance the professional level of the community, and improve the incentive mechanism of the community.
