Five Thoughts on Improving Teaching Quality of Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities

  • It is necessary to strengthen and improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities to give full play to the main position and channel of ideological and political theory courses. Faced with the problem of how to improve the teaching quality of ideological and political theory courses scholars have made extensive and in-depth discussions and formed rich views. This research, on the basis of existing research results in academic circles, with a thorough interview of nearly 3800 undergraduates about ideological and political theory course teaching satisfaction, needs and expectations in North China Electric Power University, finds out that improving the quality of ideological and political theory class teaching is a "system" project, its root lies in the reform of education idea, the difficulty is innovative teaching organization mode, and its focus is on adjusting the teaching contents, teaching methods and way of examination.
