Marxist Economic Law: The Fundamental and right Way of China′s Economic Law in the New Era

Marxist jurisprudence is of scientific characteristics, but the current development of Marxist jurisprudence in China has fallen into a predicament and failed to fully integrate into the construction of socialist market economy. Moreover, the huge differences between the Chinese and Western economic law and the demand for building a modernized economic system have made the development of Marxist economic law inevitable, and it is urgent to exert its legal support for China′s economic construction. Marxist economic law refers to the sum of all laws and measures that adjust the relations of production, distribution, exchange, and consumption with the state as the core. In order to enable China′s economy to achieve high-quality development in a stable operation, China′s economic law should regard Marxist economic law as the fundamentally right direction of the new era, based on Marxist political economics, comprehensively strengthen the coupling relationship with national politics, systematically clarify the essential relationship with economic policy, and use high rationality and profound theory to help the construction of rule by law in China.
