中国制造业投入服务化变迁与国际比较

The Evolution of the Input Servitization of China’s Manufacturing Industry and Its International Comparison

  • 摘要: 服务化是制造业转型升级的大势,基于WIOD世界投入产出表对中国制造业的直接服务投入、完全服务投入、直接服务依赖度和完全服务依赖度的测算表明:中国制造业投入服务化水平仍很低,与世界其他经济体之间存在着巨大的差距。不仅如此,中国制造业投入服务化水平呈现下降趋势。从结构上看,中国制造业服务投入的“在岸化”特征明显,且对传统服务投入依赖度很高。上述结果表明,中国制造业投入服务化水平无法适应制造业高质量发展的要求。为推动制造业服务化转型,应进一步加快生产性服务业发展,扩大服务业市场开放;与此同时,应进一步优化营商环境以降低社会交易成本,借助数字经济提升制造业数字信息技术投入。

     

    Abstract: The general trend of manufacturing industry’s transformation and upgrading is servitization. Based on the world input and output table of WIOD, the measurement of the direct service input, total service input, direct service dependence and total service dependence of China’s manufacturing industry shows that the input servitization level of China’s manufacturing industry is still very low, and there is a huge gap between China and other economies in the world. Moreover, the input servitization level of China’s manufacturing industry shows a downward trend. From the perspective of structure, the service input of China’s manufacturing industry is obviously “onshore” and highly dependent on traditional service input. The above results show that China’s manufacturing input servitization level cannot meet the requirements of high-quality development of manufacturing industry. In order to promote the servitizaiton transformation of manufacturing industry, it is necessary to further accelerate the development of producer services and promote the opening up of service market. At the same time, we should further optimize the business environment to reduce social transaction costs and enhance the digital information technology input of manufacturing industry with the help of digital economy.
