碳中和下电网物资绿色供应商精准画像刻画及评价研究

Research on Accurate Characterization and Evaluation of Green Suppliers of Power Grid Materials Under Carbon Neutralization

  • 摘要: 碳中和目标对电网物资管理提出了更高的要求,电网物资绿色供应商评价管理则成为电网企业物资管理工作优化及电网企业可持续发展的重要抓手。本文分析了双碳背景下电网物资绿色供应商精准画像刻画的方法,设计了基于OSM模型的电网物资绿色供应商评价指标体系,构建了电网物资绿色供应商评价的模糊TOPSIS模型,验证了评价模型的合理性,提出了强化电网企业绿色供应商管理的策略建议,为碳中和背景下电网物资绿色供应商管理工作的开展提供了可供借鉴的思路。

     

    Abstract: the goal of carbon neutralization puts forward higher requirements for power grid material management, and the evaluation and management of green suppliers of power grid materials has become an important starting point for the optimization of material management and the sustainable development of power grid enterprises. This paper analyzes the accurate portrayal method of green suppliers of power grid materials under the background of double carbon, designs the evaluation index system of green suppliers of power grid materials based on OSM model, constructs the fuzzy TOPSIS Model of green supplier evaluation of power grid materials, verifies the rationality of the evaluation model, and puts forward strategic suggestions to strengthen the management of green suppliers of power grid enterprises, which provides a reference for the development of green supplier management of power grid materials under the background of carbon neutralization.
