Abstract: The standard of supervisory evidence has newly emerged with the reform of the national supervisory system, including the standard of evidence in cases of violation of duty and duty crimes. The unified standard of supervisory evidence for duty crime cases is in line with the working relationship of mutual cooperation and restriction among the three organs of the Supervision and Prosecution Law, enhancing the connection between the Supervision Law and the Criminal Procedure Law, which is conducive to balancing the quality and efficiency of the investigation and disposal of duty crimes by the supervision organs and safeguarding the basic rights of the investigated persons. The development and improvement of unified supervisory evidence standards should reflect inclusivity and take the categorization of charges as the main line of construction. Its content must have objectivity and openness, and its normative effectiveness should maintain relativity. Digital intelligence is the future development direction of unified supervisory evidence standards.
