Abstract: As an emerging industry growing up in the new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution, digital economy once enjoyed extremely loose market environment and policy environment in China. Therefore, private capital and international financial capital to a certain extent has led the development of China's digital economy. In recent years, there have been many hot events in the field of China's digital economy, and there are deep-seated conflicts.. The fundamental reason is that the digital economy operates according to the logic of capital, showing a development trend that is incompatible with the economic system and value system of socialist country.
