  • 摘要: 能源转型发展关键是深化能源体制机制改革,我们要持续深化能源体制改革,以体制改革创新推动新型能源系统的构建,推动能源创新发展、绿色低碳高效发展。以健全的能源法治保障体系推进能源体制改革创新、机制创新,以能源体制改革创新推动能源体制从传统体制向现代体制转变,推动能源供应使用从传统方式向现代交易模式转变,不断深化体制机制改革创新,持续推动能源市场化、多元化、高效化、绿色化、低碳化与智能化,建设清洁、低碳、安全、高效的现代能源体系,推动现代能源绿色、低碳、创新、高效发展,实现能源资源优化配置和电能高效利用,满足人民高品质生活、美好生活的清洁能源需要。以电力体制改革创新为视角,探讨深化能源体制机制改革,推动能源创新发展、绿色低碳、高效高质可持续发展。
