Abstract: The culture of rule of law is an important part of the advanced socialist culture, is also an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity, and it is of great significance to promote the all-round development of college students. In the context of advancing Law-Based Governance, integrating the culture of rule of law into the campus culture of colleges and universities conforms to the requirements of the times to implement the strategy of Law-Based Governance. Colleges and universities should actively promote the integration of the legal culture into the construction of campus culture, in order to promote the legal literacy of college students and enhance the actual effect of the legal education. This paper explores the significance and value of promoting the integration of the rule of law culture into the campus culture of colleges and universities, and analyzes the realistic predicament in the light of the timely situation, and it probes into the core content of the campus culture of colleges and universities, combined with the exploration of the means of campus culture construction,finding out an innovative path that can effectively promote the incorporation of legal culture into university campus culture.
