Abstract: Ecological justice is not only the manifestation of the "greenness" of judicial mechanism, but also the embodiment of the concept of ecological community with a shared future. "Ecological justice + Forestry carbon sequestration" is a new way of ecological environment restoration explored in the judicial practice of our country, which is both theoretical and practical.
