风险社会理论视角下我国高等教育国际化困境与对策

The Dilemma and Countermeasures of China's Higher Education Internationalization: from the Perspective of the Risk Society Theory

  • 摘要: 从风险社会理论视角透视高等教育国际化外部困境:全球风险波及高等教育交流活动,工具理性导致知识和人才竞争加剧,多重价值冲突走向“有组织的不负责任”。我国高等教育置于“时空压缩”的风险场域,面临着本土化特色不足、范式转型困难等制约高等教育国际化发展的短板。我国高校应当充分认识当前形势,完善风险防范体系;增强文化自信,加强自主人才培养体系建设;以共同价值为导向,形塑多元协商的国际网络;将“内强”作为“外发”的支持,处理好增强实力和扩大开放的辩证关系,促进高等教育国际化新发展。

     

    Abstract: When analyzing the external crisis from the perspective of the theory of risk society, we can find that global risks affect higher education exchange activities, instrumental rationalism leads to intensified competition for knowledge and talent, and multiple value conflicts lead to "organized irresponsibility". China's higher education is faced with the lack of characteristics and difficulties in paradigm transformation. China's universities should fully recognize the situation, improve the risk prevention system, enhance cultural self-confidence and strengthen the construction of independent talent training system. China's universities should also take the shared value as the guidance, form an international network of multiple negotiations, deal with the dialectical relationship between enhancing strength and expanding openness, and promote the new development of internationalization of higher education.
