Abstract: As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era, facing the complicated and severe international situation, domestic industrial restructuring, increasing downward pressure of economy, and the new pneumonia epidemic, the employment values of college students are constantly presenting new changes and irrationalized development trend. There is an urgent need to take classroom teaching, internship practice activities, home-school-society cooperative education and career planning education as the realistic path to cultivate college students' employment values in the new era from the great ideological and political perspective.
