河北省农业净碳汇测算及影响因素分析

Calculation of Agricultural Net Carbon Sink in Hebei Province and Analysis of Its Influencing Factors

  • 摘要: 基于农业净碳汇影响因素的系统性和复杂性,根据河北省2000-2019年的农业数据,从内部驱动和外部环境综合考虑相关指标,利用VECM模型对影响河北省农业净碳汇的因素进行分析。结果表明:短期来看,农业生产总值、农业机械总动力、水土流失治理面积、农产品总出口、水资源总量、农业用水量的增加以及耕地受灾面积的减少会对净碳汇发展产生积极影响;长期来看,农产品总出口、水资源总量和农业用水量的增加会对净碳汇发展产生负面影响。最后,根据分析结果提出了河北省低碳农业可持续发展的政策建议。

     

    Abstract: Based on the systemicity and complexity of the influencing factors of agricultural net carbon sinks, according to the agricultural data of Hebei Province from 2000 to 2019, comprehensively considering relevant indicators from internal driving and external environment, the VECM model is used to analyze the factors affecting agricultural net carbon sinks in Hebei Province. The results show that in the short term, there is an increase in the total agricultural production, the total power of agricultural machinery, the area of soil erosion control, the total export of agricultural products, the total amount of water resources and the agricultural water consumption, and a reduction in the affected area of ​​arable land; in the long run, the increase in the total export of agricultural products, total water resources and agricultural water consumption will have a negative impact on the development of net carbon sinks. Finally, based on the analysis results, policy recommendations for the sustainable development of low-carbon agriculture in Hebei Province are put forward.
