新型电力系统下虚拟电厂技术应用与发展建议

Application and Development Suggestions for Virtual Power Plant Technology under the Construction of New Power System

  • 摘要: 为实现“30·60”双碳战略,我国风光发电将迎来快速发展期,建设以新能源为主体的新型电力系统迫在眉睫。高比例可再生能源接入电网对灵活性资源需求和系统可调节能力提出了更高要求,如何协调源网荷储各环节资源,应对源荷双侧带来的随机性挑战,是实现新型电力系统的关键。虚拟电厂作为分布式并网技术,利用云计算、物联网、人工智能等新兴技术,聚合广泛的分散式灵活性资源,形成规模化可调节能力,提供电力市场辅助服务,保证系统稳定性,对建设新型电力系统具有重要作用。

     

    Abstract: In order to realize the “30·60” dual-carbon strategy, China’s wind and photovoltaic power generation will usher in a period of rapid development. It is immienet to construct the new-type power system with new energy as the main body. High-ratio renewable energy connected to the power grid puts forward higher requirements for flexible resource demand and system adjustability. Coordination among the resources of each link of source network load storage and random challenges brought by both sides of source load are crucial to the new power system. As a distributed grid connection technology, virtual power plant uses cloud computing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other emerging technologies to aggregate a wide range of decentralized flexible resources, form a large-scale adjustable capacity, provide auxiliary services for the power market and ensure system stability, which plays an important role in building a new power system.
