综合能源系统配置策略评估

Evaluation of Integrated Energy System Configuration Strategy

  • 摘要: 保障我国能源安全、构建绿色低碳清洁高效的能源供应体系是推动新时代能源发展的重中之重。综合能源系统可开展多能源相互交换,实现能源梯级利用,耦合可再生能源的冷热电联产系统具备清洁、高效和灵活等优势,实现了可再生能源的高比例消纳。为深入探究耦合可再生能源系统的选型配置,本文从经济、系统安全及环境3个层面构建指标体系,对指标体系赋权,利用平均排序法对简单加权法、优劣解距离法、和谐性分析法和多准则优化妥协决策法等四种多准则优化决策方法的评估结果进行综合排序,从而确定最优配置方案,促进综合能源系统的长足稳定发展。

     

    Abstract: Ensuring China’s energy security and building a green, low-carbon, clean and efficient energy supply system are the top priorities to promote energy development in the new era. The integrated energy system can realize the cascade utilization of energy and couple renewable energy. It has the advantages of clean, efficient and flexible under the appropriate configuration and operation scheme. In order to deeply explore the type selection and configuration of the coupled renewable energy system, this paper constructs an indicator system from the three levels of economy, system security and environment, gives weight to the indicator system, and uses the average ranking method to comprehensively rank the evaluation results of four multi-criteria optimization decision-making methods, including simple weighting method, superior and inferior solution distance method, harmony analysis method and multi-criteria optimization compromise decision-making method, so as to determine the optimal configuration scheme and promote the substantial and stable development of the integrated energy system.
