研究生支教团志愿者从教专业化研究

Research on the Teaching Specialization of Postgraduate Support Education Corps Volunteers

  • 摘要: 教育教学工作是研究生支教团服务的基本内容,志愿者从教专业化建设对研究生支教团项目的健康发展具有重要影响。阐述研究生支教团志愿者从教专业化的必要性,从实然状态与应然状态的角度比对分析研究生支教团从教专业化过程中存在的问题及成因,进而从完善制度安排、明确主体责任、提高重视程度以及健全考核奖惩机制等四个维度提出研究生支教团志愿者从教专业化的建议和对策。

     

    Abstract: Education and teaching are the basic content of the postgraduate support group service, and the construction of volunteer teaching specialization has an essential impact on the healthy development of the graduate school support group project. This paper expounds the necessity of the specialization of teaching for the volunteers of the postgraduate teaching group, compares and analyzes the problems and their causes in the process of the teaching specialization of the graduate teaching group from the perspective of the actual state and the supposed state. Then, suggestions and countermeasures are put forward from the four dimensions of perfecting the system arrangement, clarifying the responsibility of the subject, enhancing the degree of attention and perfecting the mechanism of assessment and reward and punishment.
