北京市绿色交通转型的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Green Transportation Transformation in Beijing

  • 摘要: 北京交通消耗大量能源,影响了健康与环境。在生态环境保护、能源节约、资源集约利用等多重目标的叠加和推动下,绿色交通发展越来越受到重视。本文运用熵权法和灰色关联分析法对2009—2019年北京市绿色交通转型效果进行实证分析和评价。研究发现:近11年来,北京市绿色交通发展已经初见成效;2016—2019年的绿色交通关联度已经达到了0.915,这标志着绿色交通转型进入成熟阶段。本文预计由于人口增长导致的交通拥堵和道路噪音等问题将成为下一阶段绿色交通转型的治理重点。

     

    Abstract: Beijing's transportation consumes a lot of energy, which affects the health and environment. Under the superposition and promotion of multiple objectives, such as ecological environment protection, energy conservation and resource intensive utilization, green transportation development has been receiving more and more attention. This paper uses entropy weight method and grey correlation analysis method to analyze and evaluate the effect of green transportation transformation in Beijing from 2009 to 2019. The results show that in the past 11 years, the green transportation development in Beijing has achieved initial results; the green transportation correlation degree from 2016 to 2019 has reached 0.915, which indicates that the green transportation transformation has entered a mature stage. This paper predicts that the problems of traffic congestion and road noise caused by population growth will become the focus of green traffic transformation in the next stage.
