摘要: 新媒体时代，高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作遇到各种新情况新变化所带来的诸多挑战。高校辅导员积极借助新媒体平台开展相关工作，在取得成效的同时，也暴露出实施过程中存在的不足。还需要思考如何进一步完善高校辅导员网络思想政治教育工作路径和协同育人机制。

Abstract: In the new media era, the network ideological and political education of college counselors meets many challenges brought by new situations and changes. College counselors actively use the new media platform to carry out related work. In spite of achieving results, they also expose the deficiencies in the implementation process. It is necessary to consider how to further improve the network ideological and political education work path and cooperative education mechanism for college counselors.
