"Three Complete Education" in Chinese Discourse: Theoretical Understanding and Practical Thinking

  • 摘要: “三全育人”是新时代中国特色高等教育在立德树人根本标准下推进教育改革的主体话语,其提出的背景意义与时代价值主要体现为构筑高校德育共同体的需要、强化大学“育人”根本任务的旨归及彰显“立德树人”育人标准的时代意义。“三全育人”的理论意蕴展示了教育资源协同发力的“育人共同体”教育形态,其本质揭示了高校办学活动内蕴的“教育性”旨归,而最终目标体现为“育人”目标导引下学生的全面发展。观照我国高校的现实状况,“三全育人”教育实践存在着“育人共同体”构建中的机制问题、知识教育与价值体系的内在融和问题以及教育实践推进中的价值目标与实践载体问题,需要在“大教育观”的视野下深入研究教育科学规律,以育人成果目标载体导引教育改革落在实处。

     

    Abstract: "Three complete education" is the main discourse of promoting education reform in higher education with Chinese characteristics in the new era under the basic standard of moral education. Its background significance and era value are mainly reflected in the needs of developing moral education community in universities, the purpose of strengthening the basic task of "educating people" in universities, and the era significance of highlighting the standard of "cultivating people by moral education". The theoretical meaning of "three complete education" shows the education form of "education community" with the collaborative efforts of education resources, and its essence reveals the "educational" purpose of the university activities, and the ultimate goal is the overall development of students under the guidance of "education" goal. According to the reality of universities in China, there are mechanism problems in the construction of "educational community", internal integration problems between knowledge education and value system, and value objectives and practice carriers in the promotion of educational practice in the educational practice. It is necessary to study the laws of Educational Science in the perspective of "great educational outlook" and guide education reform with the target carriers of educational achievements.
