电力特色高校应对电力企业人力资源管理人才需求的策略研究

The Study on Talent Demand Solutions of Electric Power Enterprises Human Resources Management Provided by Electric Power Characterized University

    随着新电力体制改革方案在全国范围的逐步实施与推进,电力相关企业对综合性数据人才以及人力资源管理两方面都提出了更高的要求。全面完善的人力资源是电力企业继续发展壮大的必要条件,而高校作为培养人力资源管理人才的基地,更应受到重视。一方面,高校需要加强学生人力资源专业理论知识的储备;另一方面,则需要进行校企对接,加强实践操作能力的培养,将研究理论转化为可行方案,从而推动人力资源管理在电力行业的发展。
    本文介绍了新电改背景下电力企业人力资源管理所面临的挑战,提出了高校面对此种情况下的几点解决方案,力图寻求一条能较为全面进行“高校—电力企业”对接的发展道路。

     

    Abstract:
    With the gradual implementation and promotion of the new electric change plan in the national scope, Power enterprises have raised higher requirements for comprehensive data talent and human resource management. Comprehensive human resources is necessary for electric power enterprises to continue to develop and grow, universities are essential to the training of the human resources management and should receive more attention. On the one hand, they need to strengthen the students' human resources professional theoretical knowledge; on the other hand, they need for enterprise docking, cultivation of practical ability, and the theory into the feasible scheme so should be strengthened, so as to promote the development of human resource management in electric power industry.
    This paper introduces the challenges faced by the human resources management of electric power enterprises under the background of the new electric power reform, and puts forward some solutions to this situation, trying to seek for a more comprehensive "colleges of electric power enterprise" joint development road.
