Abstract: How enterprise value is affected is an unavoidable problem in the process of enterprise growth, and has received wide attention in the field of financial management research. Based on the files on how industrial chain theory affects the value of energy storage enterprises, the research literature of SCI, CSSCI, core journals and degree papers of Master and Doctor in recent 10 years (2010—2019) is analyzed and studied. Thus the research characteristics and trends are summarized. On this basis, the relationship between industrial chain and enterprise value and the characteristics of energy storage enterprise industrial chain were expounded. This paper summarizes the current situation of research in this field, focuss on combing the relevant theories of industrial chain and enterprise value, and from the point of enerey storage enterprises, studies how closed-loop industrial chain affecting electrochemical energy storage enterprises value. It comes to a conclusion of frontier issues and future research prospects.
