Abstract: The development of APP industry brings convenience to people's daily life and travel, but its subsequnt violations also emerge one after another. Violations in the field of APP mainly include copyright infringement, illegal processing of personal information, bundled installation of software and malicious fraud of user property, which hinder the healthy development of mobile Internet economy and is not conducive to the maintenance of users’ legitimate rights and interests. Therefore, it is necessary to regulate App violations. This paper puts forward suggestions on the regulation path of APP violations from the aspects of perfecting the current laws and regulations, paying attention to personal information protection, improving the supervision of APP operators, strengthening the audit and supervision of APP launch and establishing aunimpeded supervision feedback channel.
